Welcome to our summer 2021 Virtual Art Exhibition. At GCSE and A Level, students are encouraged to explore a personal topic of interest as a basis for their course work. Exploration and experimentation is something that underpins artistic practice worldwide and students develop their own path through artistic discovery and a personal interest. Students are inspired by contemporary art and are asked to question how the work they produce fits into a wider contextual artistic community as well as the place it holds in society today. The work presented in this virtual exhibition is the culmination of two years of exploration and hard work summed up with a final glimpse into the artistic vision of the students. Much like in a professional exhibition the audience is presented with professional work that not only asks questions of the viewer but gives a deeper understanding of the artist to the audience as well.
