The winners and runners-up of the 2020 Headmaster’s Scholarship Award have been announced. In recognition of the 125th anniversary of the foundation of the College last year, pupils were set the challenge over the summer holidays to complete a project on “How the world has changed during the last 125 years.” The winners were awarded £125 and the runners-up £50.
Having reviewed all entries, Mr Colpus wrote to the winners and runners-up: “I enjoyed reading your projects – I thought you displayed some good research and analysis into how the world has changed in the last 125 years. Your submissions were clearly the product of significant hard work and effort over the summer and I congratulate you all on your commitment to your projects. I believe that the skill of learning to commit to a task will stand you in good stead for the future, whether in your academic studies or later in life.”
