Chloe came away with a GOLD medal in the Under 18’s category, lifting a massive 50 kilos - setting a new regional record, and surpassing her previous record by 5 kilos. Not just that, she also won a BRONZE in her weight class category, against all age groups.
Chloe’s journey into Powerlifting started with some weightlifting during her school CrossFit sessions in Year 11. This stirred her to join a gym, where she was spotted and encouraged to delve into Powerlifting.
A massive well done to Chloe, who has earned an invite to represent Great Britain in the World Bench Press Championships in Austin, Texas in May.
If any of our alumni work in or with a sporting company who would like to help sponsor Chloe on her journey to Texas, please contact us: alumni@sjcr.org.uk
